 Pamela Hughes, MD received her medical degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She completed a fellowship at the M.D. Anderson
Cancer Center in Houston with honors, receiving the American Cancer Society’s Clinical Fellowship Award.
She is board certified in hematology, oncology, and internal medicine. Dr. Hughes is a member of the American
Medical Association, the Medical Association of Alabama, the Southern Medical Association, the American College of Physicians, the American Society of Clinical Oncology,
and the Tuscaloosa County Medical Society.
